Donna Jo Lafary, Receptionist-
Donna Jo came out of retirement to become our receptionist. Her friendly voice and helpful mennerism provide you with prompt and efficient placement of your telephone requests.
Betty R. Bode, CISR-
Betty, customer service representative, also came out of retirement in 1998 to provide service for all the clients of Paul A. Hardy and Paul C. Hardy as well as helping out wherever needed.
Edward Schmidt, CPIA-
Edward joined the agency in 1983 and is well versed in all aspects of insurance especially the life and health areas.
Paul C. Hardy, CIC, CPIA-
Paul C. is one of the cofounders of the agency. He has 43 years of service in the insurance field. He presently is the CEO of the group.
East Enterprise Office
The East Enterprise office was opened in 1955 to provide local service to the clients of Switzerland and Ohio Counties.
Peggy Riley, CSR-
Peggy joined the agency in 1997 and provides the excellent service people want to all the customers of that area.
